General Guidelines for All Cruises
-
Service animals are always welcome – free of charge, in accordance with accessibility laws.
- Please be prepared to produce evidence identifying your pet as a certified service animal
-
Emotional support animals, therapy animals, and comfort pets follow the same rules as regular pets.
-
For the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed on seats or furniture.
-
Please consider weather and noise conditions when deciding if the cruise is suitable for your pet’s well-being.
- Please be considerate of passengers in your vicinity who declare a phobia or allergy to your pet
-
The Captain, at his own discretion, reserves the right to refuse admission to a pet if safety or comfort of passengers may be impacted.
- Pets showing aggressive or disruptive behaviour may be confined to a remote area of the vessel with its owner
- While we love all creatures, rodents, snakes, lizards, and other surprise reptiles are best left adventuring not on a boat. If it slithers, scurries, or needs a heat lamp, it’s probably not coming aboard.
- There is a $30 charge if we are required to clean up after your pet
- Bottom line – if you know your pet is not well socialized and may be a nuisance to other passengers, please save us the trouble and yourself the embarrassment
